North Coast Beaches are 45 minutes drive

Although Jacobstowe is located on the Devonshire moor, Bude beach is about 35 minutes drive away, and North Devon and South Devon are just over an hour away by car.

Cornwall is within easy reach down the A30 and the English Riveria towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Paignton are only an hour away by car.

We love having four legged visitors too!

Although we don't have dogs ourselves, we welcome dogs to stay and have dog beds, bowls, and plenty of open space for them to run and enjoy the holiday as much as you do.

Yes we can!

You’ll find some fantastic places to explore locally. For example, Lydford Gorge is a stunning National Trust site, offers dramatic waterfalls and woodland walks, while Finch Foundry in Sticklepath showcases fascinating industrial heritage with its 19th-century water-powered forge. For history lovers, Castle Drogoo near Drewsteignton provides breathtaking views and impressive architecture. If you enjoy nature, the surrounding National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor are perfect for hiking and wildlife spotting.

You can come and find us during your stay and we'd be happy to recommend day trips and attractions.

We believe there's no better way to spend a holiday than exploring the great outdoors. Take a look at the location map below to see our location in West Devon, close to Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin Moor and the North Coast seaside towns of Bude and Bideford.
