We welcome you to our 15th Century mill right on the river in West Devon. A perfect holiday destination for those wishing to escape to the tranquil countryside, nature lovers, and families alike. Situated on the river Okement, and close to the town of Okehampton in Devon, the restored Grade II listed mill offers both historic and nature attractions.

Although Jacobstowe is located on the Devonshire moor, Bude beach is about 35 minutes drive away, and North Devon and South Devon are just over an hour away by car.
Cornwall is within easy reach down the A30 and the English Riveria towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Paignton are only an hour away by car.
Although we don't have dogs ourselves, we welcome dogs to stay and have dog beds, bowls, and plenty of open space for them to run and enjoy the holiday as much as you do.
